OFFICIAL RULES – Winter Wonderland Giveaway

Eligibility

The Winter Wonderland Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have an active Vetted Pet Health ("Vetted") account. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Vetted Pet Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, December 10 at 3:00 AM EST and ends on Monday, December 15 at 2:59 AM EST (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

a. Primary In-App Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry by completing the following within the Vetted app:

• Completing five (5) Qualified Walks during the Promotion Period.
• Each Qualified Walk must be at least 0.2 miles and must be tracked inside the Vetted app.
• Manually added walks do not count as Qualified Walks.
• Limit of one (1) entry per user for the entire Promotion Period.

A "Qualified Walk" is defined as a walk recorded and tracked through the Vetted app's walking feature that meets the minimum distance requirement and occurs within the Promotion Period.

b. No Purchase Necessary Alternative Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free alternate method of entry ("AMOE") will be provided that offers the same chance of winning as the in-app method described below.

Users may enter by emailing a photo of their dog to love@vettedpethealth.com with the subject line: "Winter Wonderland Entry"

The email must be sent from the address associated with their Vetted account. The email must include all of the following information in the body of the email:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Name of their dog(s)
• Date of last dog walk
• Distance (miles) of last dog walk
• Time (minutes) of last dog walk

Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Prizes

A total of ten (10) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive:

• 5,000 Care Coins credited to their Vetted account.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $12.50

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Limit of one (1) prize per user.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

• Drawing date: December 15 (by 8:00 PM EST).

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via in-app message, push notification, and/or email associated with their Vetted account on or about December 15. If a winner does not respond or cannot be reached within 72 hours of the initial notification, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their first name, initials, city, and/or submitted content for winner announcements and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impact the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical issues, in-app outages, or interruptions
• Incorrect, outdated, or invalid contact information provided by participants

Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Florida.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
