Preventative pet health is key to maintaining a pet's longevity, health and happiness and we’re here to make that happen.

The Vetted app was designed to track your pet's health around the clock. We do this by analyzing your notes about things happening at home, proactively checking-in two times a year and educating you on all things preventative.

We can detect potential issues early, prevent the majority of common pet diseases, and ensure we keep our pets away from illness and into their peak level of wellness.

We go the extra mile to make sure you have the support to be the best pet parent you can be.

FAQs

Does everyone need to download the app?

Downloading the Vetted app ensures that you have all the tools, records, and access to everything related to your pets preventative healthcare. You can schedule an appointment without downloading the app but it is always recommended that you have the app downloaded to your phone so that you can have access to all your pets health records in one place.

How does the clinic handle emergency situations during regular business hours or after-hours?

Since we specialize in preventative healthcare, we made sure to partner with the best hospitals in the area so that we could refer you in times of an emergency. As a Vetted customer, you will have access to waived exam fees at any of our ER partners locations in addition to access  to our veterinary professionals through the app chat for any questions, including emergencies.

Are there any additional services or programs available for senior pets or pets with special health needs?

Every appointment at the Vetted Wellness Clinic is personalized for every pet. Our veterinarians will guide you step by step through best practices tailored specifically for your pet. In addition, through the Vetted app you’ll have access to personalized pet education and management.

Does the clinic have in-house facilities for various services, such as X-rays, dental care, or laboratory testing?

Our center conveniently offers a wide variety of services that focus on illness prevention, treating acute infections, and managing allergies.

However, we do not offer services such as X-rays, dental care or laboratory services.

These are a list of services we offer in our Wellness Clinics:

  • General wellness exams
  • VaccinationsFlea, tick, and heartworm prevention
  • Heartworm testing
  • Bloodwork
  • Behavioral consults
  • Allergy treatment (Ear & skin infections & cytopoint injections)
  • Fecal testing
  • Domestic travel certificates
  • And more!
Can I leave my dog at daycare, grooming, and boarding and schedule an appointment when I’m not there?

Yes, you can leave your dog at our partner, daycare, grooming, boarding center and get all of your veterinary health and wellness needs for your pet. At the end of your appointment, we’ll give you an update which will also be noted in the Vetted app so you can access it at your fingertips.

For cat parents, we will need you to come to the appointment, but don’t worry all of the dogs are in the daycare so cats have a VIP experience here.

What is a vet tech appointment for?

Vet tech appointments are for any vaccines (aside from Rabies), heartworm testing, Cytopoint injections, anal gland expressions, nail trims, and ear cleanings and tech and are just $40!
