OFFICIAL RULES – Vetted Turkey Trot Sweepstakes

Eligibility

The Vetted Turkey Trot Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Vetted Pet Health, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partners are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, November 20th at 3:00 AM EST and ends on Monday, November 24th at 3:00 AM EST (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

Primary In-App Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, participants will automatically receive one (1) entry by completing:

• One (1) walk tracked inside the Vetted app using the Walk Tracker (“Qualified Entry”).

To qualify, the walk must:

• Be completed during the Promotion Period
• Be at least 0.2 miles in length
• Be recorded using the app’s Walk Tracker (manually added walks are not eligible)
• Be completed by a user with an active Vetted account

No Purchase Necessary (Alternate Method of Entry)

Users may enter by emailing a photo of their dog to love@vettedpethealth.com with the subject line:

“Turkey Trot Entry”

The email must be sent from the address associated with their Vetted account.

The email must include all of the following information in the body of the email:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Name of their dog(s)
• Date of last dog walk
• Distance (miles) of last dog walk
• Time (minutes) of last dog walk

Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prizes

A total of 10 winner(s) will receive:

• 8,000 Care Coins

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $20

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Drawing Date: Monday, November 24th by 8:00 PM EST

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email (sent to the email address registered to their Vetted account) on Monday, November 24th by 8:00 PM EST.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their first name, initials, city, and/or submitted content for winner announcements and promotional purposes unless prohibited by law. No additional compensation will be provided.

General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or unexpected conditions affect the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, or misdirected entries
• Technical issues or in-app outages
• Incorrect contact information provided by participants

Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
