Partnering with Vetted
Vetted was founded for pet parents looking for ongoing support, education, and advice throughout the year.
We know that the best, most trusted advice comes from vets, which is why we both partner with veterinary offices and have an advisory board of vets as part of our Vetted Council. We know that vets want their customers, the pet parent, to be practicing at-home preventative healthcare but are simply not equipped to follow up with them all and hand hold them through the process. That’s where we step in! Our aim with Vetted is to collaborate with you to help ensure your furry clients are ‘miauwing’ and ‘wouufing’ for years to come!

The vetted approach
Education + Preventative Care + Health Records Management
The Vetted Approach blends vet-approved, tailored education for pet parents with preventative care to empower our members to provide the best care for their pets. Beyond that, we know how important their annual vet visit is AND how hard it is to keep track of a year’s worth of information in between visits. We seamlessly keep track of pet records and communicate with your office, so you can stay easily informed and make the most out of your check-up with your clients!
Benefits of Partnering With Vetted

Curious about how we support pet parents?
Vetted acts as a guide and advocate for your patients’ health after the conclusion of your consultation. Vetted DOES NOT diagnose and prescribe, but rather guide and advise. We leave the medicine to vets and focus on the pet parenting side. Pet parents will receive vet-approved care products delivered to their door and reminders for optimal at-home pet care practices – stewarding preventative pet health 365 days a year.
Your pet parents will be supported by Vetted’s Vet Pro chat to answer any parenting questions, and receive recommendations to follow up with their vet when something doesn’t seem quite right. And, in times of urgency, Vetted pet parents can take their pet to their local Veterinary Emergency Group and get their emergency exam fee covered—removing any barriers for gold standard care.
We are not afraid to tell pet parents to go see their vet and will always do what is best for the pet. We believe that a strong bond between the pet parent and vet is crucial for their pet's health.

What’s different about pet parents who are Vetted Members?
Vetted pet parents are better educated on the importance of preventative health for their pets. As a result, they go to the vet more consistently, have deeper relationships with their vets, and request important in-clinic services like professional dental cleanings.
Why should I recommend Vetted to my pet parents?
Referring pet parents to Vetted helps you and your patients. For the pet parent, recommending Vetted shows your advocacy for preventative health and it gives them a clear framework for how to be proactive about their pets’ health. For you, it means having more educated clients who not only come to your clinic more consistently, but also request more services like professional dental cleanings.
Also Vetted members are happy customers. They can increase their retention rates as well as increase their revenue per customer as they are educated on what services are crucial for their pet and come prepared (and ready to invest in their pets' health) to their routine vet visits.
Does Vetted discourage pet parents from going to the vet?
Absolutely not! We recognize what an important role vets play in the lives of our pets which is why we weave twice yearly vet visits into our ongoing member education. Vetted is here to partner with Vet Pros to help provide the best, well-rounded care for pets nationwide! With our pet parent resources, we find that members are more likely to go to the vet, understand the importance of blood tests/teeth cleanings, and regular check-ups. We also find that members preemptively schedule with their vets and feel more informed and empowered at vet visits which is a win for all of us.
The Vetted Council is the backbone to driving Vetted’s mission in gold standard pet care. Our team of veterinarians assess product and service offerings and ensure everything we do is for the best interest of the pet.
